Hello, Faiz. We are really very sorry that your order wasn`t delivered to recipient. Florist has agreed delivery with recipient by phone but when she was by address, recipient has not opened the door and has stopped to answer the phone calls. Next day florist was ready to deliver again as you said that recipient is in a hospital. Florist has called to recipient but she had`n given address of the hospital and said that will call florist back. Later florist tried to call her many times but recipient didn`t answer. Bouquet was done and 2 days passed. Unfortunately according to our rules of delivery we count this order as delivered and can`t do the refund to you.
