Nice flowers and good delivery. Maybe it would be good to show to planned delivery time/date in the order tracking. I forgot what time I chose the flowers to be delivered and it wasn't shown on the website, so I had to ask customer service.

many roses were already dead, with black spots all around. This never happened before, UFL always provided a quality service. But this time, i was really disappointed.

Great company! There was a mix up with the time range for the gifts to be delivered, This only left a very short amount of time for the gifts to be delivered before she would leave home! Ua-Flowers worked with me, I spoke with the operator and they contacted the florist, explaining the situation. They quickly delivered the gifts right before she had to leave! This service is exceptional and very helpful, this website put's the customer first and I love that because of this service I was able to make my girl so happy on her birthday! I plan on using this service for many more holidays, I don't trust any other business to have the same level of professionalism now!
