Have used this company many times, with mostly good success. But on my current order, they have not delivered .. and nobody seems to know why. No response from UFL ... they only say "manager will contact you" but he/she never has contacted me. Recipient is available but still no delivery 4 days after original delivery date. Shameful service.

Robert, thank you for Your message! We apologize for the situation again. The order was passed by the florist on a specific date, but we could not get a status of your order. To the recipient we also could not get through. The order was resubmitted for delivery and fully implemented after discussion with You of the new delivery date. We are very sorry that we let You down.
