    Normally it was always good, this time the courier was not very friendly, he looked bored and un-interest. The flowers were from different shop. Quality was little bit less and no personal written card. The receiver liked the intention, but said this time was not that good as before and reported to me. For the price I paid I expect much better service and quality and will end my relation with this website.
