I've consistently had difficulty completing my orders, partly as a result of slow credit authorization - and also multiple and often contradictory messages from Kyiv, from your U.S. location and from PayPal This process needs to be streamlined and better coordinated. BTW, I doubt that a 2% discount on a future order (eg. $1.50 on a $75 order) is going to inspire many people to respond to this survey.
