i have ordered flowers to a friend of mine and UFL have advertised free Strawberry with every delivery but my friend DID NOT RECEIVE her strawberry, every time I TRIED TO CONTACT UFL no one is helpful, they are saying they have delivered the strawberry but they have not this is my 10th order and this will be my last if UFL CANNOT KEEP THEIR PROMISE they should not advertise the offer. live chat is only good when you want to order but if you have questions they keep you waiting before answering, I am asking what is the point of live chat. i will also leave a review on facebook

Your cart updates a bit slow when I was shopping. Also, it is not intuitive to merit ease of use. Tried to ask for help in their chat feature but no one answered. However, other than those challenges, the service and the staff are very helpful.
