    I ordered a small Elephant Soft toy. I understand that it may not have been available and a Teddy was delivered instead. However, the Teddy did not look new, it was dirty and out of shape as though it had been on a shelf for a long time, the recipient was very disappointed. The girl who delivered the flowers was not dressed appropriately to deliver flowers in a proffessional engineering company. She was scantily dressed, not the correct image.

    I was very impressed with the fact that the delivery man called my sweets on the phone to say he had a 'package' & then proceeded to deliver to her at work. I was concerned that the flowers would be simply dropped off at her home for her to find later. She was overwhelmed with happiness & I was too. Nice to Skype with her hours later & see the joy you provided her. This made my week. :) Thanks, UA-Flowers. You made me into a man today ;)

    This team is highly professional. I am impressed. I will work with you & recommend you in the future. The man that delivered the A++ flowers was discrete & friendly. The card was a lovely touch too. As a yankee man, I am wary in regards to purchasing an item in terms of quality overseas. You made a great girl with a big heart very happy today.     Excellent work as usual! I trust your service a lot, and all the times I'm even more surprised of how things are done perfectly. I was contacted when call couldn't be completed, to let me aware of a little delay, that didn't affect the moment.     Manager response:  Hello,Daniel. We are very sorry for the case. Unfortunately, florist had no pink roses. In this case florist can substitute them for the flowers of equal value. That's why florist delivered peach avalanche roses. Thank you for understanding.
