I am very disappointed with the service. I placed an order for my girlfriends birthday and it still has not been delivered. When I went to the site, it showed that my order was in progress but it states that it's not paid! I checked my bank statement and the money has been taken from my account. I spoke to an agent on the online chat and really wasn't very helpful at all and whenever I asked the agent a question, it took them forever to answer! I have sent an email to the general manager and I am waiting for a reply but I'm not getting my hopes up too high. This is ongoing and remains to be concluded. I am very disappointed and it has really ruined my surprise for my girlfriend!
