Very impressed. The driver arrived at her apartment to find her not there. Called her and delivered to her at her sister's about a block away instead. Only have some small issues with the site. The google maps API wasn't working (and I use chrome) and for some reason I can't get her address to auto-fill an order form from my address book. Small issues really. Other than that the service was magnificent. :)

The flowers were amazing and the team is very helpful!

I have been very impressed with this experience. The order was easy to place and the results were beyond what I imagined they would be. Probably the best part of the experience was the level of communication. Sure there were status change notifications. But, the customer rep, Vitalina, responded personally and quickly to my inquires ensuring the perfect experience.
