I have been a regular customer for over a year. However, this is the first time that I have felt compelled to provide direct feedback about my order. It was nearing Valentine’s Day, so I wanted to get flowers for my fiancee. Well, her mother was just released from the hospital into the care of my fiancee (after surgery), so I wanted to get her a recovery bouquet, as well. That would have left my fiancee’s beautiful daughter as the only one in the home not receiving flowers; and of course, that is unthinkable! Even thought I have an established account with UFL, I did not know how to place a single order for three bouquets to three women with three messages. So, I used the 24-hour/7-day chat capability to get help. The agent that assisted me was professional, capable, and wonderfully patient and helpful - she even helped me with my grammar (as I am just learning the local language). The flowers were delivered on time and as beautiful as ever! It is a pleasure doing business with UFL and they will continue to get my patronage. My agent is an asset to the company. If I weren’t engaged to be married, I would buy her flowers just as a thank you for her help!
