The courier claimed to have found nobody at the address, while the whole family of the recipient was home all day. I had to pay extra for the repeated delivery.
Despite of paying for a VIP type, the actual bouquet had a much poorer quality than what the photo suggested. I wonder what a 'standard' type might look like... I know that women's day is a very busy time, but I am still very much disappointed by the quality and the delivery as well.
The only pleasant experience was the support from the management, with quick helpful and kind answers to my letters. I still feel kind of ripped off though..
