Always a great service even when the site doesn't work well the support line is excellent. Still not sure why it is no longer possible to order drinks online for delivery in Kiev. However Irina was fantastic and did everything that I asked quickly and efficiently. I will certainly continue to be a customer!

Customer service was crap. Never did what was instructed them to do. They don't deliver on the time you preferred them to do. Was asking for delivery photos on my last two orders and they never did. The flowers I ordered looks different on what's in the photos. I told my friends not to use this shop anymore. Really upset and dispappointed .
