I am NOT pleased. Your company sent confirmation that my order was delivered, the recipient explains she never received anything, not even a call. My arrangement was for my ladies birthday, she was upset. You was also suppose to provide a photo.
On Sunday Nov 1st, your local representative sent an email stating I should not trust florist, I think this was the only truth to this transaction!
I will be contact PayPal for refund!.....

Hello Mr Swift. Please send us your full and correct order number and we will be able to check situation with your order. If it was not delivered because of some reason we had to inform you. It is a must in our job. And of course we will refund you if order has not been delivered. But without your order number we can`t give you any explanation regarding this situation. Please contact us to solve it.
