I have used UFL in the past. Always reliable, on time and when you make an over-payment (I paid twice), the refund was on my account within minutes. Highly recommended.

UFL has always been very good with their service, and their pictures of the flowers on their website MATCH VERY GOOD with what they ultimately deliver. I will continue to use UFL whenever I send flowers and other gifts to the Ukraine. "Natalia" deserves special mention. She noticed that I did not leave a birthday message for the person I was sending the flowers to, so she both emailed me and had the UFL agent here in the USA call me... to see if I wanted to leave a message before the flowers were delivered. This was VERY NICE of her to do, and demonstrates the great service that UFL provides. Thank you Natalia. I'll continue to use UFL for flower delivery in the Ukraine on special days. .... Keep up the great service UFL.
