    Flowers should be delivered in time. Once answering to the complaint it would be nice that it is personalised and not just a copy past where even my name is not present but the name of another client. Finally one should deliver the flowers ordered. We received the wrong bouquet.

    This is by far the best flower company I have ever used, the bouquets are much better than the pictures, the delivery process is rapid, the customer service outstanding, the prices are better than reasonable. I will continue to use them for all my flower purchases, when you work with the best, you don't need to look any further.
