    well last year someone forgot the balloons completely and this year it was the wrong balloons... i picked the balloons with a smily face for a reason, if i wanted normal boring yellow balloons i would have picked normal boring yellow balloons... but NOOO I PICKED THE YELLOW SMILY FACE BALLOONS AND AGAIN THE ORDER WAS SCREWED UP!!!!!!!!
